To believe is something in us very unique,
It’s a gift, a power, a reward, an antique;
It’s a light of hope in strange darkness,
A powerful energy we must harness;
To some, it’s the truth; to some, it’s a mistake,
To some, it exists; to some, it’s fake;

Believing is having faith with reason,
Beyond your senses of hearing and vision;
What you think of, when seems to come alive,
That may not be the truth for which to strive;
That what you see or hear is not worth to believe,
Just believe what you feel, feel what you believe.

To believe is a power to see the unseen,
To look at things as always they’ve been;
What one may deny, others may believe,
What one may lose, others may retrieve;
From all the stresses, when you want to relieve,
